Contact us - comments, suggestions and complaints concerning community nursing or hospice care

It is important to us that you let us know what we are doing well, but also what you feel we could do better. We would be pleased to hear from you so that we can continually improve our nursing, hospices and other services.

Marie Curie Cancer Care is committed to listening to your comments, suggestions and complaints about any aspect of its community nursing or hospice care. We will always acknowledge your comments and endeavour to implement any suggestions.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service you have received and you would like to make a complaint we will write back to you within two working days. We will always do our best to give you a full reply as soon as possible.

We aim to give you a complete reply within 20 working days from the receipt of your complaint. However, it may take us longer to investigate your complaint fully, especially if the issues are complicated. If a delay occurs we will still write to you within 20 working days to update you on how the matter is progressing.
