Bike the Baltic begins
Bike the Baltic has now begun, with a group of Marie Curie Cancer Care riders set to cycle 2,000km from Warsaw in Poland to St Petersburg in Russia.

The first of four week-long stages stretches from the Polish capital to Vilnius in Lithuania.
Riders can take part in the whole adventure or do as many of the four stages as they like.
Stage two takes riders from Vilnus to Riga, stage three from Riga to Talinn, while the final route ends in St Petersburg in Russia.
They are being accompanied by a GPS tracker, which means supporters can follow their progress in real time on the web.
The charity have also set up Facebook and Flickr groups to help those taking part share their adventures and stay in touch once they get home.
