The dedicated Everest Challenge website features news, pictures and video blogs of the team’s attempt on the mountain.
The team is currently back at Everest Base Camp following a three day acclimatisation trip to Camp Two, 6,500m above sea level.
To sign up just go to the Everest Challenge homepage, click on Register for news updates, enter your email address and click send.
You’ll then be sent a confirmation email, after which you need never miss an update.
