the start of Be a Good Sport week.

Workers will take part in a virtual relay between the company’s nine UK sites, from Croydon in the south of England to Girvan in Scotland.

Others will be good sports by raising money through good deeds such as making coffee for colleagues or selling home made cakes.

Employees hope to raise £10,000 over the course of the week, to count towards the company’s Charity of the Year target of £250,000.

Nestlé UK and Ireland CEO Paul Grimwood said: “This year at Nestlé we’ve made a commitment to raising much needed money for Marie Curie Cancer Care.

“Be a Good Sport Week will see our employees taking on sporting challenges and being ‘good sports’ in order to help reach our fundraising target.”
