Challenge yourself to take part in the Land's End to John O'Groats Cycle Challenge and raise money to help us continue caring terminally ill patients.

Discover some of the country’s most spectacular countryside as you cycle 1,575 kilometres from the mainland’s most southern point in Cornwall to the most northern point in the Scottish Highlands.

The money you can raise by taking part in this unique experience will help our Marie Curie Nurses provide more free care to people with terminal cancer and other illnesses.
