There are so many ways you can help. Whether it is working in your local Marie Curie shop, providing administrative support in our offices or joining a local fundraising group, we have loads of opportunities that can suit your interests and schedule.

By giving just a little of your time, you can help us to provide more care to people with terminal illnesses and more support for their families.

And at the same time you'll get to have fun, meet new friends, gain valuable experience, enhance your CV, do something different, build your confidence and feel good, because the time you give will really help the people in your area who need our care.
