Join the world-famous Inca Trail in support of our hospice.
The 2014 Marie Curie Inca Trail challenge is a 10-day trip, including six days’ trekking that will take you to the heart of ancient Peru. Following in the footsteps of Inca priests and warriors, you will walk the Royal Inca Highway to Machu Picchu where you can marvel at the magnificent ruins, stunning landscape and beautiful jungle backdrops.
Visit our dedicated trek page to find out more and register for this event.
We are in the process of forming four exciting new fundraising groups in Settle, Thornton, Wibsey and Bingley. If you live in one of these areas and would like to raise funds for Marie Curie, meet new people and help to organise fun local events, we’d love to hear from you.
Please contact Nasreen on 01274 337 037 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
As the new school year has begun, we are keen to engage with local secondary schools and tell students about the wonderful work of Marie Curie. Are you involved in a school that would like to hear more about the charity and how students can get involved? A member of our Fundraising team will be delighted to give a talk to the pupils.
We are also able to support students who are fundraising with help, advice and materials. Please contact Rebecca on 01274 337 036 or email email@example.com for more information.
Our annual Christmas Collection Appeal will take place in supermarkets across Bradford, Craven and Calderdale. If you could spare just an hour to help us with our collections you'll be giving some festive warmth to the terminally ill patients cared for by our Marie Curie Nurses. However much time you’re able to give we’d love to hear from you.
Please contact Lucy on 01274 337 017 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
