Below are some frequently asked questions about shopping online with Marie Curie Cancer Care.

Can I place my order by phone or post?
If you would prefer not to place your order on our online shop, you can order any item by phone or post.

By phone
To place an order, call 0844 415 7845 and have your credit or debit card ready.

Lines are open: 8:00am – 8:00pm Monday to Friday
9:00am – 5:00pm Saturday and Sunday

All telephone calls will be answered in person in the UK and are charged at standard national telephone rates (i.e. not premium rate).

By post To place an order by post, complete the order form attached to the Marie Curie shopping catalogue, seal and send to the freepost address printed on the form. If you are paying by cheque, enclose it in the envelope.

You do not need to use a stamp.
How can I pay for my order?
Orders through the online shop or by phone can be purchased with a debit or credit card (i.e. Visa, Mastercard and Maestro).

If you order by post, you can also pay by cheque. Please make cheques out to Marie Curie Trading Limited.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are usually processed within 48 hours of being received. Please allow 21 days for delivery.
How will my items be delivered?
Small items are posted Royal Mail First Class. Larger items are sent via local service DHL Home.
What happens if my item is not available?
Stock is subject to availability. Items may be sold out due to popular demand.

We will endeavour to replenish stocks but sometimes this is not always possible. If we are unable to fulfil your order, Customer Services will get in touch about an alternative item or a refund.
How do I make a return?
If you need to return an item, please contact Customer Services within seven days of delivery. We will offer a replacement item or full refund if required.

How can I change my order?
You can amend your order at anytime before it is despatched.

Please call Customer Services to amend your order.
What should I do if my order has not arrived?
If you have not received your order within 21 days of despatch, please call Customer Services.
How do I return my item if it was damaged/wrong item/unwanted?
Please contact Customer Services within seven days of delivery. We will offer a replacement item or full refund if required.
How do I report a missing item from my order?
Please call Customer Services and we will arrange to send the missing item.
Why are some products labelled as having only a small amount of money coming to the charity?
Marie Curie Cancer Care receives 100% of the profits on all products sold in the shop.

On some items, the product’s manufacturer is generously donating an amount from the sale of the item in addition to the profits.
