Conquer your own Everest

If you were asked to conquer your own personal Everest by taking on your ultimate challenge, what would it be?

That’s the question Sir Ranulph Fiennes, the world’s greatest living explorer, is asking people in 2008.

In April this year Sir Ranulph Fiennes is climbing Everest for Marie Curie Cancer Care.

Click here to follow Sir Ranulph and his team’s progress through up to the minute video updates as they attempt to conquer Mount Everest.

2008 is also the charity’s 60th anniversary year, and as if this weren’t reason enough to support us, Sir Ranulph is hoping to inspire people into taking on their own personal challenge for Marie Curie Cancer Care.

It doesn’t matter what you do - from a sponsored silence to climbing the height of Everest on a ladder, or achieving a personal ambition - as long as it’s a challenge for you.

You can fundraise at home, at work, at school, at university or with your local group or club. There really is no limit on what you can do for us – in fact the wackier the better.
