We will send you your free Daffodil Runners Kit, which includes a free running vest, daffodil deely boppers and a daffodil rain poncho to keep you dry. We will also give you fundraising and training hints and tips, as well as support throughout your challenge.

On the same day as the Flora London Marathon, this is a great alternative if you didn't get your place. It is not an easy course - quite hilly when compared to London - and Madrid is the highest capital city in Europe which will have a small effect of your breathing, so don't expect a personal best, but it is a beautiful route through the main boulevards and green parks with the start and finish conveniently close to all the city centre hotels.

The Venice marathon starts 26 miles outside of the city at the fabulous Villa Pesani and will take you through the beautiful Riviera del Brenta. The Dublin Marathon is always held on the last Monday of October, which is a Bank Holiday in Ireland. You are guaranteed enthusiastic crowds, which help make Dublin such an experience. A few refinements made to the course in the last few years, making it quicker, is clearly reflected by the new course record set last year of 2hrs 9mins. With 10,000 expected runners, the race is the right size to give you company without crowding your running space.
