Get collecting - local support
Spread the word and let people know you are raising money for Marie Curie Cancer Care – you’ll be surprised at how much people are willing to help.
To make the most out of collecting sponsorship you’ll can use the following:
- Sponsorship forms
- Posters
- Collection tins (you can order these from your local fundraiser.)
- Banners and Balloons
Community Sponsorship
- Get sponsorship from local businesses, radio stations or newspapers to let people know what you are doing.
- Ask your own employer or businesses you have links with to be your official partner – you can offer them free publicity in return
- Organise local talks - let people know what you are doing and why
