4,400 of you took part for Marie Curie Cance Care and we appreciate every step you took.
The money you raised will help our nurses continue to provide care to terminally ill patients and their families in their own homes - free of charge.
Remember - every £20 will fund an hour of Marie Curie Nursing care.

Race Day Information
BGNR Sport & Fitness Show, Metro Radio Arena
Friday October 3, 10am - 4pm

We’re at the show so come and say hi. Our Wall of Memories will be on display – it’s not too late for you to add your message. You can do this at the show.
If you’ve friends & family cheering you on your run get them to join our Cheer stations along the Bupa Great North Run route - we’ll have maps of our locations available at the show.
Marie Curie Cancer Care Charity Hospitality Marquee
Marie Curie Cancer Care will once again be welcoming runners at their hospitality marquee in the charity village, just after the finish line.
We’re on Avenue A Marquee 1 – the first Marquee you come to – just look out for Daffodil banners and blue and yellow balloons. We’re looking forward to welcoming you back after your run, with refreshments, and masseurs to ease those aching feet. It’s also a great place to meet up with your family and friends after your Great Run.
We will once again be displaying a giant Wall of Memories at this year's Great North Run and we are looking for your special messages and photos. Everyone has their own special reason for running, and as a Daffodil Runner we're giving you the chance to post your personal message on our Wall of Memories.
