That's the question Sir Ranulph Fiennes, described as the world's greatest living explorer, is asking people in 2008.
In May this year Sir Ranulph Fiennes made a second attempt to conquer Everest for Marie Curie Cancer Care. Now aged 64, with a heart condition and prostate cancer, it was an extraordinary undertaking. Sir Ranulph got to 8,400 meters before exhaustion left him with no choice but to turn back .
Still fighting fit, Sir Ranulph is now planning his next challenge. What will it be? What will yours be?

2008 is also the charity’s 60th anniversary year, and as if this weren’t reason enough to support us, Sir Ranulph is hoping to inspire people into taking on their own personal challenge for Marie Curie Cancer Care.
It doesn’t matter what you do - from a sponsored silence to climbing the height of Everest on a ladder, or achieving a personal ambition - as long as it’s a challenge for you.
You can fundraise at home, at work, at school, at university or with your local group or club. There really is no limit on what you can do for us – in fact the wackier the better.
Marie Curie Cancer Care would love to hear what weird and wonderful challenge you’ve taken on in 2008 and why; if you would like to tell us please click here and let us know.
