Henry joined the unit in February 2008 as a Research Associate working on a study exploring the association between spiritual beliefs and psychological status in cancer patients receiving specialist palliative care.
Henry studied psychology at Loughborough University and Maastricht University, NL, before graduating with an MSc in Health Psychology from the University of Bath in 2007.
His Masters dissertation explored the coping role played by spiritual beliefs in the adaptation to chronic illness and major surgery experienced by cardiovascular patients.
