Join in the fun and help Marie Curie Cancer Care
The Sorcerer needs an apprentice and the idle Simpkin thinks he is just the person for the job.
He is given three tasks to accomplish; together with the help of his faithful dog Rusty and with much mayhem along the way; Simpkin attempts to rid the kingdom of evil witches and win the hand of the girl of his dreams.
The world premiere production of The Sorcerer's Apprentice pantomime is being performed at the Elgiva Theatre in Chesham by the Chesham Bois Catholic Players in January 2009.
Written by Andy Willment, it promises to be a lively and entertaining show, full of dancing, laughter, slapstick, music and lots of audience participation for the whole family to enjoy.
The players are particularly keen for Rainbows, Beavers, Brownies, Cubs, Scouts and Guides to attend what will be a really fun event.
The Sorceror's Apprentice will be supporting Marie Curie Cancer Care and Asthma UK with collections at all performances.
The performances will take place on
Saturday January 17 at 1.30pm and 5.30pm
Sunday January 18 at 2.30
Friday January 23 at 7.30pm
Saturday January 24 at 1.30pm and 5.30pm
