Thank you for registering your school or group for Mini Pots of Care, our exciting event which involves planting daffodil bulbs in pots in September/October and decorating them on Monday, February 23, 2009, whilst raising donations for Marie Curie Nurses.
Your school/group will be one of the hundreds nationwide taking part in this event, which is educational but intended to be lots of fun too.
What’s more, your children will be helping to make a real difference to the lives of cancer patients and their families.
Mini Pots of Care is a great story for the press and this pack aims to assist you in making the most of your local press opportunities.
Below you can download a Wow sheet which provides a step by step guide on how to get your school/group into the local papers and a press release and photocall notice to send to your local paper to get press coverage for Planting Day and Paint Your Mini Pot Day.
