Lanarkshire needs more Lornas

Local Fundraising Appeal -Kent needs more Frankys

Lorna is one of 83 Marie Curie
Nurses in Lanarkshire providing a free nursing service for people who want to be cared for at home at the end of their lives.

She and her colleagues have never been busier... and that's why Marie Curie Cancer Care needs to fund more local nurses like Lorna. Last year, Marie Curie Nurses provided more than 48,000 hours of nursing care in Lanarkshire - providing care for almost 400 terminally ill people.

As demand for our nursing service continues to grow, we expect these numbers to rise still further in the next 12 months. We need to raise £511,000 to provide the service, so that's why we've launched our first ever local Marie Curie Nursing Appeal.

Lorna can't do it without you.
