24 hour fitness challenge

Two instructors from LA Fitness, Northwich, battled for 24 hrs in an epic body combat workout.

"We had members of LA Fitness coming in at 5am to give us support and everybody was right behind us, we raised £3,500."

Sponsored Go-karting event

Brother and sister Fiona and Iain Brown held a fundraising go-karting event at the Cambuslang track that they own.

"Our mum was cared for by a Marie Curie Nurse four years ago. We managed to raise £2,600 for Marie Curie Cancer Care."

£2,400 covers the cost of Marie Curie Cancer Care’s nationwide nursing service for one hour.

"One of my patients was an elderley gentleman who lived on a farm. It meant so much to him to be able to stay there, looking out over the fields at his cows."
