There are some great walks happening throughout the summer and autumn months across the country.
It is a fabulous opportunity to walk in memory of a loved one, whilst taking in some amazing sights and getting fit.

During the festive season hundreds of supporters attend a local Lights to Remember event to light a candle in memory of someone special. If you can't attend a local event, you can light a candle online.
Join us, through any or all of these events, to keep the memory of your loved one alive.
