Home Hospice
Home Hospice offers patients specialist nursing care at home, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, along with other services such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy and social work support.
Day Care
Also supporting patients to remain at home is Day Care at the charity’s hospice in Harestone Drive, Caterham, which provides outpatient appointments, complementary therapies, specialist nursing care and peer support five days a week.

The buses that stop at Caterham railway station are 407, 409, 411 and 510.
