On Tuesday 19 May 2015, L’Orchestre du Monde will be performing at Cadogan Hall, Sloane Square in London. All funds raised on the evening will be to support the work of Marie Curie.
L’Orchestre du Monde brings together some of the finest international musicians to promote and support humanitarian causes. Members of the orchestra are soloists, members of string quartets and chamber ensembles and principals from the world’s greatest orchestras.
Conducted by Janusz Piotrowicz de Jagiellon, the programme will feature:
- Schubert - Symphony No. 8 (Unfinished)
- Bach - Double Violin Concerto. Soloists: Stephanie Gonley & Ofer Falk
- Mozart - Symphony No. 38 (Prague)
