Event Activity Plan

An activity plan should be part of the planning for your event and it’s important to choose someone to be responsible for managing the event/activity, as well as carrying out all the health and safety checks. A key part of an event being successful is effective safety and insurance management, so you’ll also need to consider whether any third-party documents are needed for your event. Things to consider

When planning an event, make sure to consider Marie Curie’s guidelines on: fire safety, accidents, incidents and near misses, first aid, lifting and handling, food hygiene and preparation, using equipment, selling products, driving safety, managing crowds, and keeping money secure.
