Everything you need to know ahead of getting to the start line

We're on countdown to the TCS London Marathon 2026, and we can't wait to cheer you on on the big day!

We're getting our race day plans ready and will keep updating this page as and when it's needed, as event day draws closer and more details are confirmed.

London Marathon Console

For runners who have received a charity place via Marie Curie, you will need to register with the race organiser as well. After completing your registration with us, you will receive an email from Let's Do This prompting you to fill out a form to register with London Marathon.

This must be completed in order for you to take part in the event. The deadline to register via Let's Do This is Thursday 19 February 2026. Please email london.marathon@mariecurie.org.uk if you can't find the email and need it resending.

London Marathon Running Show

We'll be at the Running Show all day from Wednesday to Saturday. This is where you need to go and pick up your Event Pack, which includes your race number and timing chip for the big day.

Please note, you cannot take part in the event without collecting your pack. If you're unable to collect your pack, please see the event organiser's Event Guide, which will be available here  nearer the time.

The Running Show takes place at:

ExCeL London
Royal Victoria Dock
1 Western Gateway
London

The closest station to the TCS London Marathon Running Show is Custom House via the DLR or the Elizabeth Line.

Our Marie Curie cheer points

We'll have several dedicated Marie Curie cheer points along the route to make sure you feel extra supported as you take on this incredible challenge. More information on our cheer points will be added closer to event day.

Our post-race recovery reception
