The stunning point to point route takes you along the shores of Loch Ness, through peaceful Highland landscapes, quiet roads, and dramatic vistas unique to this part of Scotland. You'll begin your journey near the southern tip of Loch Ness and follow the spectacular route north toward Inverness, finishing in the heart of the city. With its serene beauty, rolling terrain, and legendary setting, it's an event that offers a marathon experience unlike any other. Whether you're a seasoned marathoner or taking on your first 26.2 miles, the Baxters Loch Ness Marathon welcomes runners of all abilities.
