The past Research Grants Scheme called for research aiming to improve the quality of care and discharge processes in hospitals for people with palliative and end of life care needs.
This call responded to key priorities identified in the Palliative and End of Life Care Priority Setting Partnership with the James Lind Alliance:

- How can discharge from hospital be improved for people with any serious life-limiting illness?
For this call, Marie Curie has partnered with Royal Brompton and Harefield Hospitals Charity and Leeds Hospitals Charity to fund a number of the following projects.
