Marie Curie Cymru Daffodil Day

Your daffodil, your day

Marie Curie's daffodil unites us in our wish for better end of life care for all. That's why for the Great Daffodil Appeal in March 2023, we're encouraging people across Wales to hold their own Daffodil Day to celebrate or remember what their daffodil means to them.

Whether in memory of a loved one lost, in support of someone needing care or to celebrate St David's Day, we're encouraging communities, schools, workplaces and families to hold a Daffodil Day, their way and help us to raise vital funds.

From the expert care given by our community teams across Wales and at our Cardiff and Vale Hospice, through to the reassuring voices on the end of our Support Line – the generosity of our supporters means we can continue to reach those in urgent need of our help.
