We want everyone to be able to have the care they want and need, with support for them and their families.”
The conference is open to all organisations and healthcare professionals interested in palliative and end of life care.  CPD accreditation will be available for medical professionals. Delegates can register to attend the conference at www.rsm.ac.uk/palliative/events/plf04.
