Dr Bill Noble, Medical Director at Marie Curie and Conference Chair said: “Our annual conference provides a unique opportunity for researchers and palliative care professionals to come together.  We want everyone to be able to have the care they want and need, with support available for them and their families.”

Dr Fliss Murtagh, of the Royal Society of Medicine Palliative Care Section Council, added: “It is a pleasure to work with Marie Curie again on this annual conference. Previous conferences have provided excellent examples of innovative ways to improve care, and the quality of the research is steadily getting higher each year. We are expecting an exciting and engaging day which will again be very popular and a meeting not to miss”.

The conference is open to all organisations and healthcare professionals interested in palliative and end of life care.  CPD accreditation will be available for medical professionals. Delegates can register to attend the conference at www.rsm.ac.uk/palliative.
