This Christmas, Marie Curie Nurses will be providing care for people living with any terminal illness, and for families who know they don't have much time left together. This is only possible thanks to your incredible kindness.
We urgently need your support to make sure more people have care, comfort and joy at the end of their lives. No one should have to spend their last Christmas alone or in pain, and that's why your role is so important.
"Christmas would have been dark and awful without Marie Curie"
In 2022, Stephen spent his last Christmas at the Marie Curie Hospice, Belfast, surrounded by friends and family. His sister Lucia still takes comfort in his connection to the season and the ways Marie Curie made it feel extra special.
She says, "In the hospice, the nurses helped me decorate a little Christmas tree in his room and put up some bunting and Christmas lights. He loved it. To see Stephen smiling and laughing meant the world.
"Donating to the Christmas appeal makes it possible for Marie Curie to make Christmas that bit more special for another family, struggling with what lies ahead."

Where there’s pain, grief and worry, will you help spread care, comfort and joy?
We can only be there for families like Stephen's with your support. By donating today, you can help make sure that more people have care, comfort and joy at the end of their lives.
