Where we'll be over the race weekend

When it comes to the Etape Calendonia we can’t wait to cheer you on and meet you over the race weekend. Check out our information below to make sure you know where we’ll be.

Registration and post event

Registration will take place on Friday and Saturday in the event village. It is compulsory to collect your event pack on Friday or Saturday; this pack will include your rider number and timing chip, everything you need for your ride on Sunday.

If you have a Marie Curie Pledge place or are a Gold Bond rider, we'll have your pack, so just head straight for the Marie Curie Corner. Don’t forget if you have reached your target, this is when you'll pick up your kit! Please bring along your fundraising total printed or on your phone as proof of your up to date total.

Just a reminder that if you raise £350 you'll earn yourself a Marie Curie Jersey. If you reach £500 you'll earn yourself the matching bib shorts, perfect to wear for your ride on Sunday!

The photo booth is back! Following on from the sucess in 2017 the photo booth is returning, so come and grab your photos before and after your ride.

The registration is open during the following times:

  • Friday 18 May 6-9pm
  • Saturday 19 May 9am-8pm

As a little thank you for fundraising and riding all 81miles, we will have a team giving Free leg massages after your ride to enjoy.

Our Marie Curie cheer point

We’ll have our dedicated Marie Curie cheer point along the route to make sure you feel extra supported as you take on this incredible challenge.

It will be hard to miss us out on the course, as our cheer point will be covered in yellow, look out for us on:

  • Mile 68 – Aberfeldy area - we'll be cheering you on before your final climb

The cheer point will be run by Marie Curie and the enthusiastic young members of the Aberfeldy Scout Group – make sure to give them a wave as you go past!

If you’ve got friends, family or colleagues coming along why not get them to come and join us at our Marie Curie cheer point or along the finish line? They’ll be kitted out with all things yellow plus we’ll have banger sticks and whistles to help them make as much noise as possible.

Make sure you tell any supporters who want to attend the cheer point to approach from the South, via the B864, so as to avoid the event road closures.
