Take part in the only closed-road cycle ride through the heart of the capital and new route for 2022. The race starts in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, before hitting the stunning Essex countryside.

How we support you
How the money you raise helps
£207 could help fund nine hours of overnight nursing care for someone living with a terminal illness.
£400 could help fund 15 hours of bereavement support by phone or webchat, so those who are grieving get the support they need.
£1,250 could help fund a portable oxygen system that will relieve distressing symptoms, so a person doesn’t have to be confined to bed.
