Intro copy here with Standfirst (larger font) formatting. On Sunday 8 May, Team Marie Curie rolled across the start line in the heart of Pitlochry and embarked upon a closed road cycling sportive, taking in some of Scotland’s most breath-taking scenery.

The cyclists were blessed with perfect riding conditions all seemed to take advantage of this.
Offering a challenging 81mile route for all riders Marie Curie Etape Caledonia was a great challenge for cyclists of all abilities.
