 Whether you're two or 102, if you have a bike, we need you to go the distance for us! My RideLondon is a challenge for all, big or small, so you can do it on your own or with family and friends. And you can take on your personal cycling challenge ANYWHERE too.

So whatever your wheels, we need you to 'ride' to the challenge for Marie Curie.

The only requirement is that you must follow Government guidelines on exercise and social distancing. Most people are taking part on 15-16 August, but you can do your activity whenever and wherever is most convenient for you.
