End of life planning toolkit – Let's talk about funerals

The Victoria & Stuart Project created a toolkit with people with learning disabilities, their families, learning disability support staff, and healthcare professionals.

This part of the toolkit is called Let's talk about funerals. It has picture cards and a how-to guide to help you support people with a learning disability think about funerals – whether it's their own or someone else's.
