End of life planning toolkit – My funeral

The Victoria & Stuart Project   created a toolkit with people with learning disabilities, their families, learning disability support staff, and healthcare professionals.

This part of the toolkit is called My funeral. It has picture cards and a how-to guide to help you support people with a learning disability think about their funeral – what they might want, not want or have questions about. It also comes with recording sheets, so you can write down their wishes.
