Matt
Favourite place to trek: I love the coastal paths of South Wales with breathtaking views and beautiful beaches, perfect for paddleboarding and picnic stops.
Favourite trek snack: Dried Mango.
Top trek tip: On long treks, a bumbag is great for quick access to snacks or smaller items, rather than taking your rucksack on and off.

Favourite place to trek: I love the Scottish highlands, the scenery is breathtaking, you can also find a beautiful spot for a picnic. The Scottish weather keeps you on your toes.
Favourite snack: Banana
Top tip: Always train in the gear you will be wearing on the day to minimise any discomfort – always make sure you take your waterproofs with you.
