Run 180 Challenge 2021 Fundraising Incentive Terms and Conditions

Participants registered to take part in the event have the chance to earn prizes for your fundraising efforts.
1. The deadline for fundraising incentives for the Run 180 Challenge 2021 challenge is 14 July 2021. Any incentive fundraising targets below need to be achieved by this date.
2. Once you raise £20 through Just Giving, we will send you Marie Curie running top (Subject to Marie Curie having your preferred top size on record and in stock).
3. Should you raise £180 and run for 180 minutes by 14 July 2021, you will receive a #TeamMarieCurie medal (Subject to Marie Curie having a maximum of 500 medals available).
4. The above rewards are subject to availability. The running tops will be sent out on a weekly basis from May 2021 if the incentive targets in 2 have been reached by that date. Our #TeamMarieCurie medals will be sent out after 14 July 2021 fundraising deadline.
5. In order to the qualify for the above free gifts, you must be resident of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
6. Marie Curie has the right to change or update the terms and conditions at its discretion and participants are invited to regularly check the website for updates. Any changes will be made available at www.mariecurie.org.uk/get-involved/charity-events/running/run-180-challenge/terms
7. Marie Curie reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion in whole or in part in its sole discretion.
8. Marie Curie reserves the right to reject your entry if we have grounds to believe that you have breached any of these terms and conditions, acted fraudulently or illegally, or on other reasonable grounds and Marie Curie shall have no liability to you for any loss or damage arising from our exercise of such rights.
9. Marie Curie shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered or delays caused by events beyond its or their control such as (but not limited to) the acts or defaults of any supplier selected by Marie Curie to provide the free gifts that may lead to loss or damage of the free gift in transit to the winner.
10. The Laws of England and Wales shall govern the interpretation and/or enforcement of these terms and conditions and Marie Curie, and all entrants hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

12. Entrants shall be responsible for ensuring that the contact details they provide to Just Giving when registering for Run 180 Challenge 2021 are up to date and accurate.
13. Please note that there may be delays in sending out the rewards due to Coronavirus and other events beyond the control of the Promoter.
